Chicken Alfredo

REAL alfredo w/ chicken

1/2 C. Butter
2 C. Parmesan or Romano Cheese, grated
1/2 C. + 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
Salt & Pepper, to taste.

Melt the butter in cream, then stir in the cheese, melt and blend in. Season to taste. Add to cooked chicken and then to Alfredo or Fettuccine noodles.

It is fabulous!
